PURCHASER agrees to the following TERMS:

1. The UNIT PRICE is US$59,900.00. All transactions will be completed in U.S. dollars.

2. 50% of TOTAL DUE must be paid from the following methods:

3. Balance of TOTAL DUE (plus Arizona sales tax of 7.7%, if applicable) is required from PURCHASER when notice of shipment has been given by BBJM. Final amount owing must be wired (as above) within seven (7) days from date of notice to ship. Such notice from BBJM will be to the email address or fax of the PURCHASER noted above. Payment not received timely could cause loss of all monies advanced by PURCHASER and forfeiture of UNIT(S) to be delivered, in the sole discretion of BBJM.

4. BBJM will deliver UNIT(S) to PURCHASER as soon as possible but not later than 120 days after receipt of order and deposit of the initial monies from PURCHASER. Monies received by BBJM are non-refundable except solely if BBJM does not meet the 120-day delivery period.

5. BBJM will not charge for shipping within the United States. All other fees, taxes, customs charges, VAT and any other charges are the sole responsibility of PURCHASER.
